Yes, I bought the 'doctor's' coat for this picture! It's also used in the Shutter Island fake! Monochrome making that side of matching things easy and pleased with my shadowing. Reduced contrast, increased brightness and fairly heavy blurring. Think I 'stole' the goggles from the chap on the left and merely changed the white reflective dots a little so it wasn't evident that the eyewear was merely copied across.
